If you have read all the books in the hauntingly weird Gemini series then this is definatly the more weaker of the trilogy. A book that is the final of a trilogy you would expect to be more explosive, However this was farthest from the truth. V.C. Andrews...or whoever is writing using her name as this author has passed away in "86, is the master of dysfunctuional horrifying family stories and this one is no different however it took so long to get to any form of climax and excitement more or less. Everything goes down more or less in the final chapters and the rest is setting her up in her new home. I think she should've made this a book on it's own and not used the charectors from both Celeste and Black Cat. It's like a spin off of sorts only joining the previous books at the end. So don't get me wrong it's a good read just not as fascinating and gripping as the other two in this series were.
