Just finished book 3 in Jonathan Maberry's Pine Deep Trilogy 'Bad Moon Rising' and what a finale it was! When we as readers first picked up book 1 'Ghost Road Blues' it was only the tip of the iceberg as it only truly gets better. Clever storyline that has Halloween getting closer and closer along with Ubel Griswald's Red Wave.  When it does arrive it is nothing less then an apocalyptic battle between good and evil i was very impressed and it was nice to read a trilogy through and not be dissapointed by the finale. I also really enjoyed Maberry's epilogue at the end, it was awesome how he finished everything off. It's very hard to review this book without delivering spoilers so i'll stop here and just suggest the crap out of this series as it one of the best series i have read in a while!
